FINANCE

Once you understand the buying process, you'll want to connect with a mortgage broker to figure out how much you can spend on a home. This person will gather a lot of information including your credit, income, debt & assets (lots of numbers!), etc. in order to create your pre-approval letter. If you're not sure who to talk to, let me know & I can connect you to someone great.

SEARCH

Now that you've got your pre-approval letter in hand, you're officially ready to start the house hunting process. First, I set you up on a search so you can see all the latest listings.  From there, we go on showings, research comparable properties & more. The goal is to find your dream home...and I am there with you every step of the way.  Let's get started!
